If you need to cancel an event, you can do so directly from your event page. Cancelling an event in Remotr will permanently delete it, and it will no longer be accessible to you or your attendees.

How to Cancel Your Event

1. Go to your event page
2. Click “Manage your event”
3. Click "Edit event"
4. In the top right, click the trash can icon.
5. Confirm that you want to cancel — this action cannot be undone

Once confirmed, the event will be permanently deleted from Remotr.

Important Notes

• Attendees will not be notified when you cancel an event
• The event will no longer be visible or accessible to you or your guests
• All event data (including guest list, check-ins, and analytics) will be removed

Need to Reschedule Instead?

If you’re planning to host the event at a later time, we recommend using the Copy Event feature before cancelling, or just change the dates to your new dates. This way, you can preserve the structure of the original event while with updated details.
