Managing Your Payment Settings
If you need to disconnect your Stripe account from Remotr, it’s quick and easy to do so from the Payment Profile section in your settings.
Step 1: Access Payment Profile Settings
To disconnect your Stripe account, follow these steps:
- Go to your Profile Settings
- Scroll down to the Payment Profile section and click
Step 2: Disconnect Your Stripe Account
In the Payment Profile section, you will see a Disconnect Account button:
- Click on the Disconnect Account button
- Confirm your decision when prompted
This will unlink your Stripe account from Remotr, and you will no longer be able to process payments through Stripe for any future events.
Important Notes
- Disconnecting your Stripe account will prevent you from receiving payments for any upcoming events.
- If you want to reconnect your Stripe account at a later time, simply follow the steps to link your Stripe account again from the Payments tab.
- Disconnecting your account does not affect any past transactions or payouts that have already been processed through Stripe.
