Checking In Attendees on Remotr

Once your event is live, you want check-in to be smooth and efficient. Remotr makes it easy to check in attendees directly from the event page.

How to Check Someone In

  1. Go to your event page
  2. Click "Manage your event"
  3. From there, you’ll see two check-in options:

Scan Ticket

Use the "Scan Ticket" option to scan the QR code on an attendee’s ticket. Once scanned successfully, you can click check-in, the attendee will be marked as checked in.

This is ideal for quick entry at the door, especially at larger events.

Search by Email

Next to the scan option, you'll find a search bar where you can look up attendees by email address.

  • Start typing their email
  • Select the correct attendee from the list
  • Click "Check-in"

Useful for guests who don’t have their ticket available.

View Not Checked In

At the bottom of the management screen, you'll find a button labeled "View not checked in."
This shows a full list of attendees who haven’t been checked in yet.

Helpful for keeping track of expected guests or for quick follow-ups during the event.
